Cancellation & No-Show Policy
This document sets out the official cancellation and no-show policy of City Wheels Limited. It is
intended to reflect standard practice within the executive chauffeur and professional ground
transportation industry and applies to all pre-booked services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made twelve (12) hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations received within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the
full service charge.
2. Airport Transfers – Waiting Time & No-Show
For airport pickup services, City Wheels Limited monitors flight arrival times and provides up to sixty
(60) minutes of complimentary waiting time following the actual landing time of the flight. If the
passenger does not arrive, cannot be contacted, or fails to make contact within sixty (60) minutes
after landing, the booking will be classified as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.
3. Passenger Communication & Delays
Passengers are requested to inform City Wheels Limited as soon as reasonably possible of any
delays, missed flights, or changes to travel arrangements. Where timely communication is received,
reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate updates.
4. General Terms
This policy is applied fairly and consistently to protect both the client and the service provider. City
Wheels Limited reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
