operating in the United Kingdom. We provide pre-booked taxi services, executive chauffeur services,
airport transfers, corporate travel, long-distance journeys, and related transport solutions. All services are
provided in accordance with applicable UK private hire regulations and local authority licensing
requirements.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, using, or accessing any services provided by City Wheels Limited—whether via our website,
phone, email, mobile messaging, or third-party platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Booking & Service Provision
City Wheels operates strictly as a pre-booked private hire service. A booking is confirmed only once
accepted by City Wheels. Customers must ensure all booking details provided are accurate.
4. Fares & Payments
Fares may be fixed or estimated. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking,
or special requirements. Payment must be made in full unless a prior written agreement exists.
5. Waiting Time Policy
Waiting time may be charged beyond any included allowance. For airport pick-ups, flights are tracked
where details are provided.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Chauffeur and executive bookings may have
stricter cancellation terms.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully, comply with seatbelt laws, ensure children use appropriate child
seats, and avoid damaging vehicles.
8. Vehicle & Driver Allocation
Vehicle images shown are indicative only. City Wheels reserves the right to substitute vehicles where
necessary.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
City Wheels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events beyond reasonable
control.
10. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. City Wheels is not liable for loss unless caused by proven negligence.
11. Health, Safety & Compliance
Passengers must not request drivers to breach traffic laws or licensing conditions.
12. Corporate & Account Customers
Corporate customers may be subject to separate agreements which shall prevail in case of conflict.
13. Complaints & Feedback
Complaints should be submitted in writing with full booking details for investigation.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
15. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the booked journey, except where exclusion is not permitted by law.
16. Amendments to Terms
City Wheels reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms apply to future bookings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
